•        Your phone is fully working but does not work in E. Yisrael, please do not try to use it here.

•        Please treat your phone kindly. We recommend leaving the box here.

•        Please return the phone and charger promptly after use.

Phones returned late (more than 3 days after your return) will be charged at 1 shekel a day.

•        The phone will not work in the EU, and if it does it will use up your credit.

•        The number of your phone and the number for the gemach are saved in the contacts.

•        You can check your balance by calling *147#

•        If you have any issues, you can phone us on 00972533143870.

•        The rental charge includes enough credit for your stay. If you by mistake called internationally without using the access number you may run out of credit, to buy additional credit go to e-post or anywhere which sells phone credit or online: Lebara.ch/en/topup

International calls (out of Switzerland):

Dial the access number: 0435500219 then enter the number followed by # (not the call button, that charges).

·         The access number is saved in the phone as A Int. access no.

·         When you dial the access number it will tell you in dollars the remaining balance, calls take off approximately 4₵ a minute (₪0.17).

·         If you run out of international credit, call the access number and dial *1000# to add credit.

·         When dialling E. Yisrael remember to add 00972 and drop the first 0, e.g. 0097253-314-3870 or 009722-995-5440.

Please note: the price includes up to 3 days after you return to the country. After that there is a late fee of 1 Shekel a day.
